Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board issued a notification for the recruitment of candidates for 1370 posts. Various types of posts such as Police Constable, Fireman, Lab Attendant, Manual Assistant and MTS in various departments of the Arunachal Pradesh Government have been advertised through this drive.
The APSSB will conduct the Combined Secondary Level (CSLE) Examination. For this, the online registration process will start on 09 June 2023 and the last date for submitting an online application form is 30 June 2023. CSLE Eligibility Criteria
Candidates need to check the eligibility criteria discussed below required to be fulfilled for online registration purposes.
The educational qualification required is different for the posts released. It depends upon the job role and department:
- For Constable(AAPBn/Civil Police/IRBn): 10th passed or equivalent from a recognized board.
- For Constable: Class X passed/ITI or equivalent.
- For Fireman: Class X passed or equivalent from a recognized board.
- For Laboratory Attendant: Matriculation from a recognized board.
- For Manual Assistant: Class X passed from any board recognized by the Central/State Govt.
- For MTS: Class X passed or equivalent from a recognized board.
As of June 30, 2023, The age of the candidate for the post of Constable(AAPBn/Civil Police/IRBn) should be between 18-22 years, for the post of Fireman must be between 18-25 years, for the post of Laboratory Attendant/Manual Assistant/MTS should be between 18-35 years. Age relaxation is also provided as per the Government rules.
Interested candidates need to pay the prescribed fee for online registration to participate in this. The fee is given below and varies category-wise.
- ST/SC/OBC Candidates are required to pay ₹150/-
- General Candidates are required to pay ₹200/-
- PwD Candidates are required to pay- No fee for online registration.
APSSB CSLE Selection Process
The selection of the candidates will include:
- Physical Standard Test and Physical Efficiency Test.
- Written Exam- Objective Type MCQs for a total of 300 Marks.
- Medical Test.
- Document Verification.
