Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) issued a notification for recruiting Project Engineers and Trainee Engineers and filling about 428 vacant seats. Out of the seats offered 327 seats are for the Project Engineer and the remaining 101 are for the Trainee Engineers.

BEL India Selection Process
The selection process for both the post includes:
- Written Test.
- Interview.
The written test will be of 85 marks and the interview will be of 15 marks, candidate who performs well will be selected in order of merit in the ratio of 1:5. Both of these tests will be conducted in Bengaluru only.
BEL Engineers Vacancy: Eligibility Criteria

The educational qualifications required for these two particular posts are different and are stated below:
For Project Engineer:
BE/B.Tech/B.Sc 4 years Engineering course with minimum 55% marks from a recognised Institute/University in the following Engineering disciplines – Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science/Electrical /Chemical Engineering/Aerospace Engineering. + Candidate must have 2 years experience in the same discipline (except Teaching/Academy/Research work experience)
For Trainee Engineer:
BE/B.Tech/B.Sc 4 years Engineering course with minimum 55% marks from a recognized Institute/University in the following Engineering disciplines – Electronics/Aerospace Engineering.
Candidate should be of age between 21-32 years for the post of Project Engineer, and 21-28 years for the post of Trainee Engineer. Age Relaxation is also provided as per the rules.

Candidates have to pay the following fee for the online registration, for the Project Engineer ₹400/+ 18% GST and for the Trainee Engineer ₹150/+18% GST. Candidates belonging to ST/SC and Pwd Categories are exempted to pay any fee for registration. The fee will be accepted by online payment method only and once paid will not be refunded.
