Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) is going to conduct the exam in the upcoming days to recruit candidates for Executive Assistant (Clerk) posts. The online application process ended on 16 June 2023. Thousands of candidates have filled out the online application forms and are now going to appear for the exam soon. In this recruitment drive, there are a total of 1178 vacancies.
Before the exams, the department will release the BMC Executive Assistant Hall Ticket on its official page at portal.mcgm.gov.in. Candidates who filled out the application form within the given time and pass the eligibility standards will be issued admit cards. It is mandatory for all candidates to take a printed copy of the BMC Admit Card to the examination centre.

In addition to admit cards candidates need to take a government id and some passport-size photographs to the examination centre. No entry shall be permissible in the absence of it. Information like exam schedule and venue will be mentioned on it. Also, read the instructions and personal information printed on it.
In case any candidate found an error in the personal information printed on it. Contact the BMC Official regarding such an error, before appearing for the examination. A new and updated hall ticket will be issued soon. Do not try to correct it by yourself, correction pen and cutting are not allowed on the hall ticket and no entry shall be permissible in this case.
BMC Executive Assistant Exam Pattern
- There will be a total of 100 multiple-objective-type questions in the exam.
- Each question will be of 2 marks.
- The exam duration will be 01 hours and 30 minutes.
- 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

How to download the BMC Hall Ticket for Executive Assistant Exam?
Candidates going to appear for the examination have to follow the simple steps given below to download their hall ticket:
- Go to the official page portal.mcgm.gov.in
- Scroll down to the Latest Update Section.
- Click on the advertisement and then click on the Hall Ticket tab.
- Enter the details required and press the submit tab.
- The hall ticket will appear, click on the print tab.
- Take a printout of it and save it for further assistance.
