The Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission will conduct a State Service Examination (Preliminary) for all eligible candidates on 12 February 2023. Candidates who have applied for CGPSC State Service Recruitment application forms can expect their CGPSC Admit Card 2023 at least 10 to 15 days before the exam date. Authorities will release Chhattisgarh SSE Prelims Admit Card in the first week of February. The dates will be soon confirmed by the examination authorities as well.
In December authorities carried out the CGPSC Online form procedure for all the eligible candidates and interested ones. Now that the CGPSC Exam date is also announced, candidates must download the admit card and start revising for the written examination. To enter in CGPSC Test Center, candidates must need to admit cards along with the required documents. Without important documents and formalities at the exam centre, no candidates will be able to appear for the exam.

Authorities announced 189 posts under the recruitment process. The candidates who will get selected will serve as grade A and B officers in various sectors of the CGPSC department. The selection process for CGPSC includes Preliminary Test, Mains Exam, and Interview. Those will get selected in the prelim test will be called for mains exams directly.
Important Instructions for CGPSC Exam 2023
Candidates must bring the original copy of the Chhattisgarh PSC Admit Card 2023. Xerox copy of the same will be rejected straight away by the authorities. Candidates’ Identity verification will be done through Aadhar card, Passport, Ration card, and Voter’s Id only. Any one document is more than enough for verification. Also, bring the latest two-colour passport-size photographs while entering the test centre.

- CGPSC Prelims paper is divided into 2 Papers.
- Paper 1 will be a general studies test.
- Paper 2 will be an aptitude test.
- Each paper will consist of 100 questions.
- Each correct answer will be awarded 2 marks.
- To complete the paper candidates will get 120 minutes for each paper.
- There will be negative markings on the paper.
- For each incorrect response, 1/3 mark will be deducted.
