Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education, Dharamshala started the application process for the Common Entrance Test for admission to 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) for the academic session 2023-25. The registration process started on 27 April 2023 and the last date is submit the online applications is 17 May 2023.
The Applicants can submit their applications from 18 to 20 May 2023 with a late fee of Rs. 300/- and the correction window for the same to correct the details entered in the application form is 21-23 May 2023. Thereafter no application fee or correction can be done.

Every year many candidates are given opportunities who seek the admission into Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) a two-year program. And among many of them who apply, only the deserving candidates who qualify for the CET exam are only given admission. While filling out the online application form must ensure the details entered will be correct and the documents uploaded are readable.
Eligibility Criteria for HP D.El.Ed Admission
Candidate must pass the eligibility criteria given below:
Candidate should have passed 10+2 Class from the recognized Education Board with at least 50% marks and must have a relevant certificate for the same discipline.
The age should be between 17-32 years. Candidates belonging to the General category should be born between 10-06-1991 and 10-06-2006, and candidates belonging to ST/SC/OBC/PwD should be born between 10-06-1986 and 10-06-2006.
Candidates who wish to apply online have to pay the prescribed fee for registration for the CET exam:
- For General Category: ₹600/-
- For SC/ST/OBC Category: ₹400/-
The fee given above is essential to be paid and will only be paid through the online payment method.
How to apply online for HP D.El.Ed CET Exam 2023?
Candidates need to follow the given steps below for online registration:
- Visit the page hpbose.org
- Click on the “CET/Vacancies” tab given at the top of the home page.
- Now select the option for “CET D.El.Ed. 2023”.
- Read all the instructions carefully, and then click on I-Agree and submit.
- Enter all the details asked and pay the required application fee online.
- Submit the application form.
- Take a printout of it.
