Indian Navy Chargeman Eligibility Criteria
The educational qualification required is different for the post released and is discussed under:
For Electrical Fitter: Degree in Science with Physics or Chemistry or Mathematics or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
For Electronic/Gyro/Radio/Radar/Radio/Sonar Fitter: Degree in Science with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Diploma in Electronic/Electronics & Instrumentation/Electronics &Communication /Electronics & Telecommunication/Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Control/Communication Engineering.
For Instrument Fitter: Degree in Science with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Diploma in Electronics/Electronics & Instrumentation/Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
For Computer Fitter: Degree in Science with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Computer Technology/Information Technology.
For Weapon Fitter: Degree in Science with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
For Boiler/Engine/GT/Ice/Pipe/Mechanic Fitter: Degree in Science with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Candidates from the General/OBC/EWS category need to pay ₹275/-, and candidates from SC/ST/PWBD/ESM need to pay ₹0/- for the online registration process. This fee will be paid via. Online Payment Method only.
The age should be between 18-25 years as on 29 May 2023. Age Relaxation is also given according to the government rules.
