Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board conducted the B.Ed Combined Entrance Exam on 13 May 2023. This test is conducted to provide admission to Government/ Govt. Aided/ Unaided/ Self-financed and Private recognized B.Ed institutions.
The Aspirants who appeared for this exam eagerly await the exam results to be announced. Usually, the board takes 10-15 days to declare the results and it is expected to be released in May month.

This B. Ed Entrance Exam was conducted on the OMR sheets and carried a total of questions from 4 subjects/sections. Each section contains 25 questions and each question is of 1 mark, there was a negative marking of 0.25 mark for each incorrect answer. Down below is the pattern of the exam:

B.Ed Cut-off Marks
The board will also release the cut-off marks list along with the results. The cut-off marks are required to achieve for candidates for selection into this course. Candidates need to score at least up to these marks to get qualified. The cut-off for the exam depends on different factors:
- Number of applicants who appeared for the exam
- Number of total seats
- Reservation Policy
- Exam difficulty level
- Last year’s cut-off marks
These all factors given above will directly or indirectly affect the cut-off score. After qualifying for this exam the candidate will further have to appear for the counselling session for admission to this program.
