Candidates who applied for the polytechnic exam must be prepared for the written test and the written test will be conducted on 30 April 2023 in seven districts of Jharkhand state. For a review, applicants must go through the exam pattern which has been discussed in this article.
Jharkhand Polytechnic Entrance Exam pattern
- The offline exam will be conducted on the OMR sheet.
- The duration of the exam is 2 Hours 30 minutes.
- There will be a negative marking on the written test, and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- One mark will be awarded for each correct answer.
- The exam will carry a total of 150 questions and all multiple-choice questions will be given in the exam.
- The exam will be conducted in bilingual language i.e English and Hindi.

JCECEB Admission Process
For admission in diploma courses, the candidates need to qualify for the written test. The board will release the merit list and the student’s name mentioned in the merit list and later will call for the counselling process. On the day of counselling, the document verification will be done by the board. The student’s admit card will carry all the original documents.
