Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board has just completed the written exam for the Polytechnic Entrance competitive examination on 30 April 2023. Now the aspirants desperately wait for the Polytechnic Entrance Competitive exam Result and cut-off list.
After the result, students will get admission to the Polytechnic Diploma courses offered by the Jharkhand Technical Board.
Once the result is declared, the counselling session will start in May/ June 2023. The rank list for the same will upload in the upcoming days by the commission.

Exam Overview
The exam for Polytechnic Entrance competitive examination was conducted in offline mode(pen-paper-based).
- This exam contained 150 Questions.
- All the questions were multiple-choice-type questions (MCQ)
- The written test was a negative mark, and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- The paper is divided according to subjects.
Admission Procedure
The students will be selected on the bases of their rank obtained in the exam. When the result is announced a counselling session is conducted by the board-selected candidates can participate in this session. Students will get admission based on their rank in the exam.
Expected cut-off and Merit List for Jharkhand Polytechnic Exam
The cut-off and merit list will be set by the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board. The category-wise cutoff will be uploaded soon on their official website. The Merit list will be set according to the post wise, and category wise. Those applicants who secure more than or equal to the minimum marks will be selected for further rounds.
