Karnataka State Police conducted the written examination for the selection of deserving candidates for the post of Armed Police Constable. This exam was conducted under the supervision of KSP on 10 September at various examination centres in multiple shifts all over the state. With this recruitment drive the KSP will hire candidates to fill up the 3484 vacancies of Armed Police Constable. Out of the total vacancies, 3064 posts are reserved for the NKK Region and 420 are for the KK Region.

The Karnataka Police Department issued the APC recruitment notification in the year 2022 to fill the above-stated vacant seats. Then the department started inviting eligible male and female candidates to apply online for this post and this process of registration was completed by 31 October 2022.
The exam was conducted by the KSP in the month of September 2023. In the following days, the Solution key will be released and in accordance with this, the results will be declared. The exam consists of consisted of 200 questions. Each question was of 1 mark. There was a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. The paper was conducted in an offline mode. All the questions in the exam were in multiple-objective-type question format.
APC Answer Key Objection and Submission
The Police Department will first issue the Provisional Answer Key on its webpage. Candidates need to download this and have to check each answer in a correct manner.
If any candidate finds any wrong answer printed in this answer key he/she has proof to state their argument. Can file the online objection from. The objection link will be made available by the department on its official webpage and it will be valid for a short period of time. Candidates interested in filing the objection form have to file it within the specified time along with some prescribed fee for raising each objection.
As and when this ends the department will release the Final KSP APC Answer Key and on this basis, the marks will be allotted to the candidates and candidates can also have a rough estimation of the marks they will score in the exam.
