Maharashtra Forest Department is now going to conduct the online exam for the selection of candidates for 2417 vacant posts of Stenographer (Higher Grade), Stenographer (Lower Grade), Junior Engineer (Civil), Senior Statistics Assistant, Junior Statistics Assistant, Surveyor, Accountant, and Forest Guard.
Before the exam, the Department released the MAHA Forest Guard Call Letter on its official webpage at mahaforest.gov.in Every candidate needs to download it as no entry shall be provided to the examination hall in the absence of it.
As per the reports, thousands of candidates have filled out the online application form. Now scrutiny of application forms is ongoing and the shortlisted candidates who pass the eligibility standards to apply for this post will only be eligible to download the Maha Forest Department Admit Card.

For this recruitment drive the Maharashtra Forest Department released a notification on 09 June 2023. The online registration process started on 10 June and this registration process continued till 30 June 2023. Now the exam is going to be conducted soon. Admit Cards will be made available to the candidates 10 days before the day of the commencement of the exam.

Exam Pattern for the Post Of Accountant
- There will be a total of 100 multiple objective-type questions.
- Each question is of 2 marks.
- There will be a negative marking of 0.33 for each wrong answer.
- The exam will be conducted online.

How to download the MAHA Forest Department Admit Card?
Candidates need to follow the steps given below to download their admit cards. As the department is not sending it by post to any candidate.

- From the floating line on the page click on the Recruitment- Click Here link.
- Then click on the Admit Card tab and enter the required details asked.
- Thus, admit card will be downloaded.
- Take a print of it and preserve it for the examination centre.
