Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited conducted the written exam (Computer Based Exam) on 5 and 6 May 2023. This exam is conducted for 333 posts of Junior Maintenance Trainee, Office Asst Gr-III Trainee, Jr Maintenance & Operator Trainee and Stenographer Gr-III Trainee posts.

The OPTCL Recruitment Notification for the above-stated posts was published on 27 January 2023. The Company started the online registration process on 30 Jan 2023 and this application process ended on 18 March 2023.
Selection Procedure
The selection process includes:
- CBT Test
- Skill Test
- Document Verification
The CBT-based test was conducted successfully on the scheduled date and time, this test was conducted for a total of 200 marks and the questions were asked from different subjects like GK and Reasoning, Subject Knowledge, and English.
Passing this test is not sufficient for the selection, those who pass will have to appear for another step when called. If Candidate will not appear for further any step his/her application will be disqualified.
OPTCL Cut-off Marks
The Recruitment Board will also release a cut-off list which states the minimum passing marks required for this CBT-based test to qualify for the next step. Given below is the last year’s cut-off list

- Click on the Career tab then click on the New Openings.
- Scroll down and look for the advertisement, and then click on the Result tab.
- Enter the details asked and submit.
- The result/scorecard will appear, print it for further assistance.
