Punjab Police Constable Selection Process
The selection process will be divided into three different stages by the Selection Board of Punjab police.
- Two Computer Based Test will be conducted i.e Paper 1 and Paper 2. Both papers will contain multiple-choice questions. Paper 2 will be qualifying in nature.
- Physical Measurement Test
- Physical Screening Test
- Both tests (PST & PMT) will be qualifying in nature.
The physical Screening Test will contain the following events:

Document Verification: After completion of the above two stages, candidates need to submit their original documents for verification. The list of documents that will carry along with on the day of verification has been mentioned below;
- Matriculation Certificate.
- 12th/ its equivalent Certificate.
- Proof of having passed Punjabi at the matric level.
- Reserved Category Certificate issued by Competent Authority.
- No Objection Certificate from the Head of the Department, in case of candidates, who are serving government employees.
- In the case of Ex-serviceman supporting documents will be required.
Punjab Police Constable Exam Pattern
- Two written exams will conduct by the Board.
- Paper 1 will contain 100 questions for 100 marks.
- Paper 2 will contain 50 questions for 50 marks (Only Qualifying in nature).
- There will be no negative marking in both exam.
