The Recruitment Board of Rajasthan High Court is soon going to conduct the written test (speed and accuracy test) to hire eligible candidates for the post of Junior Personal Assistant. The department has received a large number of applications for this post. The Board invited online applications for 59 vacancies of PA in the Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur.
The date of the Speed Assessment Test was announced by the court officials and it will be conducted from 25 August to 10 September 2023 at various examination centres across the state. The Board will also issue the Rajasthan High Court Personal Assistant Admit Cards on their official page at hcraj.nic.in. Applicants who filled out their application form successfully will be called soon for a selection test.
Candidates need to carry a printed copy of their Admit card with them while appearing for the exam. Also, carry some of their passport-size photographs and a government Id to the examination hall.

The official Junior PA Recruitment notification was released by RHC on 13 July 2023. The online registration process was started on 14 July 2023 and the last date to submit an online application form was 02 August 2023. A lot of eligible and desirous candidates applied for this recruitment and the Speed Assessment Test for the PA Post will be conducted from 25 August to 10 September 2023.
Moreover, it is expected that the board will conduct the exam in the month of September 2023. Admit Cards for this recruitment test will be issued 10 days prior to the exam.
The Details like exam timings, reporting time, things to carry to the exam hall and some other instructions will be printed on the admit card. So check them thoroughly before appearing for the exam.
Raj High Court Junior PA Exam Pattern
There will be no written test or computer-based test, the department will conduct only an Assessment Test to check the shorthand speed and the typing speed of the candidates.
This Speed Assessment Test will be conducted for a total of 50 marks. The court authorities will shortlist the candidate on the basis of his performance in this test. This test includes:
- Before dictating the final passage, a trial passage of 200-250 words will be dictated. The performance of the candidates in this will not be evaluated while marking.
- After a lapse of 2-3 minutes, the final passage will be provided for dictation.
- Soon after the passage is dictated, 05 minutes time will be given to the candidate to read out the dictated passage.
- Then the candidates will be asked to transcribe the passage on a computer.

Candidates need to follow the simple steps given below to download their admit cards:

- Scroll down and click on the Recruitment tab.
- Then click on the Junior Personal Assistant-2023 link.
- Now look for the Admit card tab.
- Click on download and enter the required detail asked.
- Then click on login and your HCRAJ Admit card will be displayed.
