The Staff Selection Commission has completed the registration process for Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination. The registration was done through the official website of the SSC which is located at ssc.nic.in. The online registration process started on 06 December 2022 and the last date for online registration was 04 January 2023.
Candidates who have submitted the online application form for the SSC CHSL Examination are now waiting for the CHSL Admit Card. Applicants can use the registration number and birthdate to download the CHSL Tier-1 Admit Card. The Staff Selection Commission will upload the exam admit cards on the official website a week or days before the written examination.
The examination will create multiple exam centers throughout the nation in order to conduct the exam. It is anticipated that the CHSL Examination might take place in March 2023. As of now, the officials have not made any announcement regarding the examination schedule.

CHSL Tier-1 Exam Scheme and Paper Pattern
- The exam shall be conducted in online mode.
- All the questions shall be Multiple Choice Questions.
- All the questions will be objective in nature.
- A total of 100 MCQs shall be asked in the online test.
- For each right answer candidates will be given 02 marks.
- A penalty of 0.50 mark will be applied in case of an incorrect answer.
- A time duration of 60 minutes will be given to attempt the online test.
