Staff Selection Commission is now going to conduct the written examination for the post of Stenographer under Group C and Group D Categories. The commission will release the SSC Stenographer Admit Card on its official website at ssc.nic.in.
Candidates going to appear for the examination need to download the admit card to the examination hall. In addition to this candidates have to take an original copy of a government ID and some of their recent passport-size photos.
The Commission will conduct the exam in the upcoming days to hire eligible candidates for the post and Admit Card will be issued to the participating candidates 10 days before the exam date. All the important details like exam venue, reporting time, exam time and exam date will be printed on it, check them thoroughly after downloading the admit card.

Every year SSC conducts an exam to recruit eligible candidates and lakhs of candidates appear for the exam. SSC Stenographer Exam Pattern
SSC will conduct this exam in two phases i.e. Preliminary Exam and Skill Test. The computer-based exam consists of 3 sections i.e., Reasoning, English Comprehension and General Awareness, to know more check the details shared below.
- The exam will be conducted in online mode.
- There will be a total of 200 questions in the exam.
- Each question will be of 01 mark.
- All the questions will be in MCQ format.
- There will be a negative marking of 0.25 mark for each wrong answer.
- The duration of the test will be 2 hours and 40 minutes.

Participants who are going to appear for the Stenographer Exam need to go through the steps shared below:
- Go to the official website at ssc.nic.in
- Click on the Admit Card tab from the main menu bar.
- Then select your region and click on it.
- Look again for the Admit Card link and click on it.
- Now search for the advertisement and click on it.
- Enter the required details and click on login.
- SSC Hall Ticket will appear, click on the download icon.
- Now, take a printout of it and keep it for further reference.
