Department of School Education, Government of Telangana is planning to conduct the computer-based test (online mode) for DEECET-2023. This test will be conducted for D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) and D.P.S.E. (Diploma in Pre-School Education).
Through this test, the deserving candidates will be shortlisted for admission into a two-year course in Govt. DIETs/ Private Un-Aided Elementary Teacher Education Institutions (including Minority and Non-Minority) in the State of Telangana for the academic year 2023-24.
This test is going to be organized in 10 major districts of the Telangana State. The DSE will release the TS DEECET Admit Card only on their official page at deecet.cdse.telangana.gov.in

The notification for the TS DEECET was published on the official site on 21 April 2023, and the process of submitting Online Applications for the DEECET was started on 22 April 2023 by the Department of School Education and was completed by 22 May 2023.
The Entrance Exam is scheduled to be held on 01 June 2023 and the Hall ticket for the same will be made available to the candidates 3 days before the exam date i.e. on 27 May 2023.
Candidates need to take a printed copy of the hall ticket to the exam hall along with it carry 2 passport-size photographs and any Government Id for verification purposes at the examination centre. To download the admit card visit the official site of TS-DEECET.

Exam Pattern for DEECET Exam

- The test paper will consist of objective-type questions and will be divided into three Parts.
- Each question will be of 1 mark.
- The paper will be in English, Urdu, and Telugu language.
