Department of School Education, Government of Telangana released a recruitment notification earlier to fill the 1241 vacant seats for the post of Teaching Staff. The online registration process ended on 05 June 2023. Thousands of applicants applied online, and all are waiting for the Telangana KGBV exam date.
The various post under this recruitment drive is of Special Officers (SOs), Post Graduate Contract Resident Teachers (PGCRTs), Contract Resident Teachers (CRTs), Physical Education Teachers (PETs) in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs) and Special Officers (SOs) & Contract Resident Teachers (CRTs) in Urban Residential Schools (URSs) in the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs) and Urban Residential Schools (URSs) on a temporary contract basis.
Now scrutiny of the application form is ongoing and soon the Department will release the TS KGBV Hall Ticket on its official page. Candidates going to appear for the examination have to download the TS KGBV Hall Ticket from the official page or the direct link added below. In the absence of this, no entry shall be permissible inside the examination hall.

TS KGBV and URS Teaching Staff Recruitment Notification were released in the month of June 2023. Then the online registration process started on 26 June 2023 and the candidates were able to file out their online application forms till 05 July 2023. Now soon the Department Authorities are going to call them for the written examination.
The TS KGBV Teacher Admit Card will be made available One Week before the exam date. As and when it is released, we will update the information and the link on this webpage.

TS KGBV and URS Teaching Staff Exam Pattern
- The exam will be conducted for a total of 100 marks.
- There will be 100 MCQs in the examination.
- The time for the test will be 2 hours (120 minutes).

How to download the TS KGBV Exam Hall Ticket?
Candidates who are going to appear for the written test and want to download their admit cards need to follow the following steps:
- Go, to the department’s official web portal schooledu.telangana.gov.in
- From the homepage, click on the KGVs and URSs Hall Ticket tab.
- Fill in the required details asked and click on the login tab.
- Hall ticket will appear, click on the download tab.
- Thus, admit card is downloaded.
- Take a print of it for the examination hall and for more use.
