TS KGBV Recruitment 2023 Apply Online for Residetial Teachers Vacancy

Department of School Education, Government of Telangana released a public notice for filling up vacancies of Teaching Staff in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs) and Urban Residential Schools (URSs) on a temporary contract basis.

Through this recruitment drive the various post like Special Officers (SOs), Post Graduate Contract Resident Teachers (PGCRTs), Contract Resident Teachers (CRTs), Physical Education Teachers (PETs) in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs) and Special Officers (SOs) & Contract Resident Teachers (CRTs) in Urban Residential Schools (URSs) will be filled through online written test. A total of 1241 vacant seats will be filled.

Among these posts, Only Female candidates are eligible for the posts of Special Officers, CRTs, PETs and PGCRTs in KGBVs. Candidates of all genders are eligible for the posts of Special Officers and CRTs in URSs. Persons with disability are not eligible for the post of Physical Education Teacher.

The Online Registration process will commence on 26 June 2023 and the officials will accept all the online application forms till 05 July 2023. The written offline exam is expected to be conducted in the month of July 2023. Candidates willing to apply online for the post of teacher have to apply before the last date.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates have to ensure that they pass the eligibility standards given below:

(Master of Financial Analysis) renamed as M.Com (Financial Accounting) or B.Com/ M.Sc./ M.Sc.(Nursing)/ B.Sc. (Nursing)
Special Officer	Post Graduate Degree with at least 50% marks Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or B.A. B.Ed. / B.Sc. B.Ed Pass Paper II of the Telangana State Eligibility Test (TSTET) / Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET)/ Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET)
Contract Resident Teachers (CRT)	Must possess a Graduate / Post Graduate Degree 4-year B.A. B.Ed. / B.Sc. B.Ed. Integrated degree, with at least 50% marks Pass Paper II of the Telangana State Eligibility Test (TSTET) / Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET)/ Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET)
Physical Education Teacher (PET)	Must possess Intermediate AND A Certificate/ Under Graduate Diploma in Physical Education/ Diploma in Physical Education OR Bachelor’s Degree and Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.)

The age of candidates must be between 18- 44 years and will be calculated as on 01 July 2023. Age relaxation in the upper age limit is as:

This fee is mandatory to be paid and is the same for candidates belonging to any category ₹600/- This can be paid by online payment method only.
