Telangana State Public Service Commission called for applications from eligible candidates for the post of Junior Lecturers under the Intermediate Education Department of the state. TSPSC aims to recruit candidates to fill up 1392 posts through this recruitment process. TSPSC Junior Lecturer examination will be conducted soon.
The Commission will scrutinize the applications and issue TSPSC Junior Lecturer Hall Tickets to the eligible candidates. The hall tickets will be issued on the official website of the Telangana State Public Service Commission. The candidates who applied for the examination are awaiting the examination schedule and issuance of hall tickets. TSPSC Junior Lecturer Hall Ticket will be issued only on the official website and it will not be sent in any other form to the candidates.
Scheme of Examination
The questions are framed as Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) for a total of 450 marks. The paper is divided into two and the candidates are required to attend 2 papers carrying 150 questions each.
- Paper I – There will be 150 questions on General Studies and General Abilities for a total of 150 marks.
- Paper II – This paper will carry 150 questions on the concerned subject selected by the candidates (Post Graduate Level) for a total of 300 marks.
The Commission has released the minimum passing marks for different categories of students.
- For OC candidates, Ex-Service Men, Economically weaker section and Sports Men, the minimum passing mark is 40%
- BC candidates are to secure a minimum of 35 % marks to clear the exam.
- The candidates belonging to SCs, STs and PH shall secure a 30% minimum to clear the exam.
