West Bengal Public Service Commission introduced vacancies for the post of Group A-B category Jobs in a different department. Different services and posts are to be filled up on the results of the examination announced in due time by the officials.
The recruitment process for inviting the application started on 28 February and the last date to register was 21 March 2023.
The Prelims Exam schedule is yet to be announced. Once announced, the candidates will be able to download the WBCS prelims admit card from the official website using their registration details.

Candidates can download the Admit Card when issued by the WBPSC on their official site can directly download it from the given link given below on this page. More importantly, candidate must check their Admit Card cum Hall Ticket and in case of any error on the Admit Card consult the authorities.
Moreover, Candidate needs to carry a photo along with the identification card with them during the exam and also read all other instructions mentioned on the Admit Card.

- The Preliminary Paper consists of 200 Multiple-Choice Questions. Each topic is assigned 25 marks. It is only a screening test and carries 200 marks.
- There will be a negative marking for each wrong answer.
- Candidates who qualify for the Prelims will appear for the Main exam.
